The Group called Gallant voters!

Gallant voters group is a non governmental pressure group who are committed to voting the right people into government by the use of voter's cards. It was formed on 20th November,2014 by Comrade Charles Ifeanyi Okolo in Obosi idemili north local government area of anambra state.

Our aim; To sensitize registered voters across nation on the need to vote the right leaders into government . To enlighten voters on the need to study critically the manifesto of candidates before voting to avoid poor leadership. To engage candidates into political debates, interactive sessions and present its proposal to the chosen candidate after due examination and considerations. Objectives; To create employment opportunities and youth empowerments for all members as stipulated in our proposal which the chosen candidate must assure the group during negotiations for support and must be signed. To change the perception of registered voters from playing money and food politics to choosing a leader who will utilize the resources of the state to create jobs,infrastructures,enhance power supply, create enabling environment for private investors ,empower private and government industries in the state. To preach unity,love,and peace among our youths . To sponsor our own members during election so that we shall be in the seat of power. To ensure that our youths are engaged in different skill acquisitions through our several empowerment programmes which will be sponsored by our chosen candidates during election and after being elected. To serve as a voting club that it is not only for politics but will also care for its members during celebrations or any challenges as one family.

Achievements so far; We have succeeded in mobilising members across Anambra, Enugu,Imo,Abia and Ebonyi . We have also mobilized about 63,000 voters across southeast States and still counting. We have social media platform especially on Facebook and watsapp by the name "GALLANT VOTERS" which has been helping us the reach members across states and communicate more to voters allover with over 60,000 followers so far and still counting . We have coordinators allover the towns in Anambra,Enugu,Imo,Abia,Ebonyi,and Abuja with large number of members allover.

Our stand ; Gallant voters does not belong to any political party or sponsored by any political party . We do not accept members with criminal records to avoid putting the image of the group into danger. We do not engage ourselves into election thuggery,ballot box snatching or any election fraud but will only exercise our franchise with voter's cards by gently voting for our candidates during election as enshrined in the electoral act. We preach good governance ,youth empowerment, Job creation as best ways to reduce crimes, juvenile delinquency and promote peace. We have records of members, their details ,voting centres and contacts duly registered with INEC. We are committed! We are purely registered voters with common goal! Join us now !
